Individual Counseling

Individuals may consider seeking help when struggling with relationships, seeking coping skills for stresses of daily life or trying to define their purpose in life.  We hope to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for self exploration.  Individual counseling is a process of self-exploration and understanding.  The purpose of individual counseling is to provide you with a safe environment in which you can come to better understand and examine various aspects of your life and learn how to build new and healthier relationships.

Being out of touch with your authentic self affects your sense of purpose in life, your energy levels, your relationships, and much more. Deepening your understanding of life’s transitions through c0unseling can truly be a rewarding and life-changing experience.  All counseling is provided in a safe, comfortable, confidential environment.  Individual counseling gives people the opportunity to reflect on their inner world and how they react to others based upon beliefs, fears, insecurities and patterns influenced by the past and present.  We believe counseling should be a collaborative process.

Individual counseling (also called individual therapy) provides you with the opportunity to meet one-to-one with a therapist in order to collaboratively address concerns that you feel are interfering with your life.
