Having already received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University, Ketara Moses is currently in her last year of graduate school, where she is earning her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. She will graduate December 2018. Ketara will be completing her Practicum hours needed for graduation at Family First Counseling under the supervision of Megan Pickens, LPC-S.

Ketara is an active member of POAC (Professional Organization for Advancing Counselors) where she is able to learn and engage with current keynote professionals in the counseling field. Ketara has resonated with the Solution Focused Brief Therapy theoretical framework and looks forward to working with adolescents and young children.
Ketara has worked in the Foster and Adoption scene for several years and has fulfilled various roles including Case Management and Home Development. It is through these roles she found her desire to work with children and adolescents.
During her free time, Ketara enjoys experiencing new restaurants, exploring local sights/entertainment and traveling. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, mental health advocate, and native of Arkansas but a Texan at heart.
