Thenessa, an LPC-Intern, is a graduate of the Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling program at Amberton University under the supervision of Megan R. Lee, LPC-S. Thenessa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas.
Thenessa has worked with individuals as young as 12 years old and clients well in their nineties. She completed an internship working with adolescent and adult sex offenders, worked a mental health caseload with CSCD of Tarrant County for 4 ½ years and currently works with the elderly and mentally disabled clients primarily interacting with Alzheimer and dementia clients.
Thenessa is a Christian who is happily married and absolutely loves being a mom. She is very supportive of her children and encourages them in their academics as well as their extracurricular activities. She currently resides in Saginaw, Texas.
