Family First Counseling Office Hours*

Monday ~ 8am to 8pm
Tuesday ~ 8am to 8pm
Wednesday ~ 8am to 8pm
Thursday ~ 8am to 8pm
Friday ~ 8am to 2pm
Saturday ~ 10am to 3pm 
Sunday ~ 1pm to 6pm
 
*Actual appointment availability varies based on each counselor’s schedule.  Appointment scheduling requirements vary based on each counselor’s discretion.
 
Please remember we are trying to stay on time and be fair to everyone.  90% of our patients either work or attend school.  For this reason we reserve hours before and after work and school to accommodate as many clients as possible.

 If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment please understand that you will be charged a late cancellation fee (the full session fee according to the fee schedule) and will have to reschedule your appointment at the next available time.  If you miss more than one evening appointment you will not be scheduled for another appointment after 3pm.

You will be responsible for the copay according to the rules of your health plan or EAP.  Private pay clients will be charged the full session fee as listed on the fee schedule.  If you do not show or contact Family First Counseling  the card on file will still be charged and no refund will be issued.

If an appointment is missed on a Saturday without proper notification we will no longer be able to schedule you for Saturday appointments.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
